As a valued client of SONYA SWIM, we would like to thank you for your purchase. At SONYA SWIM, we pride ourselves on luxurious well-crafted swim and resort wear.
In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made online at sonyaswim.com
Full priced items purchased online are eligible for a credit or exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
Black Friday Sale items, including items using a discount code purchased online cannot be returned. We do not offer exchanges on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. If returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
— The goods are returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 14 days of receiving order.
— Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return.
SONYA SWIM reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply and are subject to alterations and cancellations as per our returns policy.
Sonya Swim does not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or store credit minus the cost of shipping with email confirmation email.
Postage of $10.00 will be charged to cover the shipping of exchanged items.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com

ALL items marked final sale are non-refundable. Please be aware extended delivery time frames may apply during busy periods.
