SONYA SWIM GUARANTEE - RETURNS
We know you will love both the fit and quality of Sonya Swim, so much so we will provide you with a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving your purchase. ALL sale items are non-refundable, but a store credit will be issued.

We accept unworn bikinis and clothing purchased from sonyaswim.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment and/or your store credit will be emailed to you. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. You can expect to receive a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at returns@sonyaswim.com
